I will come to your home to prepare meals to your specifications. Service includes:

• free culinary assessment interview
• menu planning customized to your specifications
• grocery shopping for your session
• meal preparation
• generous portion sizes (each entree feeds 4-6 people)
• complete and thorough cooking and heating instructions
• clean up and garbage removal

Five Entrees/No Sides Option-  $175 plus the cost of groceries

Five Entrees/ Sides Included- $225 plus the cost of groceries

I will shop at up to two stores of your choice for fresh items such as meat, dairy, eggs, produce and some sundry and pantry items.  I will deliver the items to your home and wash, chop, bag and prepare the items per the specifications that we agree on.  Everything will be ready for you to use!  Service includes:

• shopping service at up to two stores (local to your home)
• delivery of groceries (per your list) to your home
• wash, prep and storage of meats, vegetables, fruits per your specfications 

Client must agree to initial consultations and provide complete grocery list by 10 am on day prior to shop session.   This service is provided on Thursdays and Fridays or by special request.

$75 plus cost of groceries per Shop and Chop session

Love to cook, but don't have time to shop? Send me your list and I will pick everything up for you and deliver it to your door!  Grocery list must be provided to me by 10 am on the day prior to the shop session.  Client must be home at time of grocery delivery.

No time to make your own list? Use one of the grocery lists on my site for either the current week or past weeks. 

Sessions must be booked on Thursdays or Fridays, or by special request.

$50 plus the cost of groceries per Shop and Drop session.
