Helpful Hints for this Menu:

*I chop all the vegetables for the chili very finely in the food processor.  You can do all of them with a knife, but if you have a food processor, use it and save time!

*If you don't like blue cheese, substitute cheddar cheese on the chips for the chili.

*When making the chili, go easy on the hot sauce to start.  You can always add more...but you can't  take it out! It gets hot fast!

*Cook the wild rice ahead of time for the meatloaf. It's worth the effort and time it takes. YUM.

* I didn't think I liked fennel until I had it in Ellie's Chicken and Vegetable dish.  Give it a try.
