About Chef Donna~

I have been cooking for as long as I can remember.  I have always been the one who shows up with food and loves people through food!  After years of cooking for others and being told "you really should do this for a living"... I am finally doing just that!

I value the time I have with my family around our dinner table.  It saddens me that so many people are missing out on the experience of family mealtimes because of the hectic pace of life.  The table is a place to sit down, breathe, relax and enjoy...not only the food (which in my humble opinion should be healthy and taste good) but the people sitting at the table WITH you. Life is hectic and we're all running faster and faster.  My business can help you slow down, enjoy your meals and know that your family is eating healthy and well.  It also, literally, takes one more chore "off your plate" and allows more time with family and friends.  I make mealtimes easy, healthy and flavorful.

I am fully insured, ServSafe certified and a member of the APPCA (American Personal and Private Chef Association). I look forward to cooking for you.

Chef Donna teaching cooking classes in Guatemala~

In October 2007, I had the opportunity to teach cooking classes to the women of Iglesia Biblica in Guatemala City, Guatemala.  I taught them how to make cakes of all kinds, but they taught me more about the wonderful food of their country.  It was a wonderful privilege and one I hope to be able to experience again in the near future.
