What is a Personal Chef?

A personal chef meets with you to decide what you would like them to prepare for you and your family, shops for the food to prepare the meals, comes to your home and prepares all the meals to your specifications and serving sizes, and then leaves your home clean, stocked and smelling heavenly.

In this hectic, go go go age, eating healthy and staying healthy is more important than ever.  I strive to know not only my client's nutritional goals, but their family goals as well.  If you want to eat healthy, nutritious meals with your family around the table each night, but just can't find the time to make that happen...let me do it for you.  Are you trying to stay on nutritional diet plan but just can't find the time to prepare the food you need to "stay on track?" Let me do it for you!  Do you know someone who just had a baby, or a family illness, or could really use some help with mealtimes?  Let me do it for them!   A personal chef fills that gap and allows mealtimes to be effortless.  You will have more time with the ones you love, and less time chopping!
