What is a Personal Chef?

A personal chef meets with you to decide what you would like them to prepare for you and your family, shops for the food to prepare the meals, comes to your home and prepares all the meals to your specifications and serving sizes, and then leaves your home clean, stocked and smelling heavenly.

Life comes at you fast, sometimes.  A personal chef can help you still eat well during those times when cooking, planning and preparing are difficult.  I strive to meet the needs of the clients I serve by knowing what they like to eat, what restrictions or dislikes they have, and how they like their food prepared.  Your meals will be customized for you.

What is a Culinary Coach?

Many people love to cook, but just need some help learning how to prepare, plan and cook for themselves and their family. As your culinary coach, I will guide you on how to purchase healthy, safe food and how to prepare it in the best way possible. I will teach you what equipment, spices, and materials work best for whatever style of eating you prefer. These skills can be gained through my hands on classes, e classes or culinary field trips.
